AMCubed is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This policy defines the terms and conditions of the guarantees offered on products sold through our website and online store.

2. Duration of Warranty

All products sold by AMCubed have a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

3. Warranty coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults occurring during normal use of the product, including:

  • Defective electrical and electronic components;
  • Mechanical failures not due to improper use;
  • Operating problems that prevent proper use of the equipment.

4. Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect assembly;
  • Natural wear of consumable components such as extruder nozzles, belts, and bearings;
  • Problems resulting from the use of materials not recommended by the manufacturer;
  • Damage caused by improper transportation after delivery to the customer;
  • Technical assistance carried out by third parties not authorized by AMCubed.

5. Procedure for Activating the Warranty

If the customer detects a defect covered by the warranty, they should follow these steps:

  1. Contact AMCubed support via e-mail or telephone, give the purchase number, and describe the problem.
  2. Send photographic or video evidence of the defect identified.
  3. If necessary, send the product for technical evaluation.
  4. After analysis, if the defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

6. Training and assembly

AMCubed offers assembly and training services on the 3D printers sold. The assembly guarantee only covers problems arising from installation by AMCubed. Problems caused by customer changes after assembly are not covered.
