The iReal M Series Colour 3D Scanner (M stands for Master) is a new series of professional 3D scanners launched by SCANTECH. Its infrared laser and structured light modes enable smooth 3D data acquisition in different applications, whether scanning humans or objects, indoors or outdoors. iReal M offers professional 3D scanning solutions for 3D engineers, 3D designers, and scientific researchers, meeting their demands in industrial design, artistic design, medical design, digitization of the human body, among others.

Professional 3D scanner with dual illumination, safe and comfortable. safe and comfortable.

The iReal M3 can meet the demands of 3D data acquisition of different sizes and materials in various situations, thanks to its dual infrared lasers. Its infrared VCSEL and parallel infrared laser, which have passed safety standards, pose no risk to human eyes. These two invisible light sources provide more user-friendly and comfortable scanning experiences. The iReal M3 adopts two types of fill light, which can be controlled individually. The invisible infrared fill light can improve marker recognition and adaptability to black materials, while the LED fill light can increase the brightness of color alignment.

High performance

The iReal M3 has a basic accuracy of up to 0.1 mm and a volumetric accuracy of up to 0.25 mm/m. It can meet the needs of 3D data capture in quasi-industrial scenes for various situations. With a resolution of up to 0.1 mm, the iReal M3 can reconstruct high-resolution geometric structures and capture fine edge details, easily handling scanning tasks for objects longer than 5 cm. The iReal M3's scanning rate is up to 60 fps, greatly improving scanning efficiency so that engineers can obtain high-quality 3D data quickly.

Adaptable in dark and light colours

Compared to coloured lasers, infrared light sources (invisible light) are absorbed relatively less when projected onto the surface of different colours. Thus, the new iReal M3, in conjunction with infrared lights, is more adaptable for scanning 3D objects in vibrant colours. Its strong adaptability to materials makes it capable of 3D scanning industrial parts, exteriors and car interiors with black and reflective surfaces.

VCSEL Structured light for 3D optical mediation

When objects have continuous, non-repetitive and varied geometric and textural features, it is possible to scan them directly with geometry and feature alignment. Target-free 3D scanning and one-button start to improve work efficiency on site.
